FULL SERVICE VIRTUAL DESIGN PACKAGE
$1,000 PER ROOM
This package includes the mood board, floor plans, elevations (as required), color 3D renderings, and linkable shopping list.
LIMITED VIRTUAL DESIGN SERVICE
$500 PER ROOM
This package includes the mood board, floor plans, and linkable shopping list. This package does not include the virtual 3D color renderings.
PAINT COLOR CONSULTATION
$100
Flat fee service to review photos of your home (Exterior and Interior) and provide paint color recommendations.
Our full virtual design package is priced per room for ease and clarity, but the service can be utilized for multiple spaces. For whole home pricing please reach out for customized quote. Reduced fees available for Powder rooms, Pantries, and small spaces.

MOOD BOARD
FINISH + FURNISHING SELECTIONS
An important foundation, Your designer will curate a group of images, colors, and design elements to inspire the look and concept of the project and ensure visions are aligned.
Your designer will assemble a tailored collection of finishes, furnishings, and fixtures to achieve a cohesive design for your space. This includes everything from paint colors and tiles to faucets, and furniture.
FLOOR PLAN + ELEVATION
A floor plan will be provided, focusing on improving the functionality in your space. Interior elevations will be provided as required, specifically when additional information is required beyond what is shown in the floor plan.
3D CONCEPTUAL RENDERING
You'll receive a conceptual color rendering(s) that allows you to visualize your space from multiple perspectives and angles with materials and selected furnishings shown for reference.
SHOPPING LIST
Our designers will supply you with a detailed list, including links to all chosen fixtures, furnishings, and finishes, enabling you to execute the design at your own pace.
